On a beautiful Sunday morning, we set off on a long public-transport journey across town to visit Working Bikes, a cooperative that repairs and sells used bikes to raise money in order to ship other bikes to poor countries.
Here Ed poses with our torquoise purchase, please admire the matching basket. We got the bus back to Hyde Park too, with the bicycle hooked up to the front of the bus in a special frame, which was a novelty for us.
